Florida Kosher Catering was founded by Shmuel Hazan, who set out to offer fixed-price wedding packages that made beautiful kosher celebrations genuinely accessible. There was just one problem — every kosher caterer he approached was far too expensive to make the numbers work.
Rather than compromise his vision, Shmuel built his own catering operation from the ground up. What started as a solution to a personal challenge quickly became something much bigger: a full-service kosher catering company with a serious culinary team and a relentless standard for food quality and presentation.
